Welcome to Project Magic, founding member.

This survey is your first step inside something I have never done before — and I am so excited that you are here on this journey with me. Please fill this in carefully and with intention — your answers will shape everything about your place in this project. All will be revealed in time. For now, trust the magic.

Section One · You & Your Magic

As you would like to be known within Project Magic

This helps Joanna understand your business world and how to represent you within the project

03 In one sentence, what do you do and who do you serve? *
This helps Joanna understand the essence of what you do so she can represent you authentically within the project

04 In three to five words, how would you describe the energy you bring to your work?
These words help Joanna channel your unique archetype — think about how people feel when they are in your world

05 What do people come to you struggling with, and what becomes possible for them when they work with you? *
This helps Joanna understand the transformation you represent — the woman who encounters your energy may be sitting in exactly this struggle right now. What do you want her to know is possible?

06 What is the one truth, belief or knowing that everything you do is built on? *
This is the core wisdom that your archetype carries — the deeper knowing that underpins everything you do and everything you represent

Section Two · Your Symbology

You will be represented by four symbols that are unique to you. These symbols will be deeply personal — things that feel connected to who you are, what you do, where you live, or what you stand for.

These symbols represent who you are at your core and will appear as the four decorative circles on your card. They could be objects, animals, plants, elements, tools of your trade, landmarks from where you live — anything that feels deeply connected to you and your work. Think about what someone would see and immediately think of YOU.

08 Are there any colours that feel deeply connected to your energy or your brand?
These colours will be woven into your card's portrait and background — helping your card feel unmistakably like you

09 Is there anything about where you live — your landscape, your region, your environment — that feels important to represent you?
Your card can carry the energy of your place in the world — whether that's a Scottish highland, a city skyline, a coastline or a forest. Where you are rooted matters.

Section Three · Your Light & Your Shadow

Every person in Project Magic carries both light and shadow — because real wisdom holds both.

10 Your three to five Lightweb keywords *
These are the aspirational energies your card carries — the qualities, strengths and gifts you embody when you are fully in your power. Think of these as what the woman who draws your card is being called towards. Examples: abundance, courage, creativity, flow, leadership, visibility, trust, expansion.

11 Your three to five Shadowweb keywords *
These are the shadow energies your card illuminates — the blocks, patterns or struggles that your archetype helps others move through. Think of these as what the woman who draws your card may currently be experiencing. Examples: procrastination, self-doubt, perfectionism, fear of visibility, overgiving, playing small, resistance to change.

Section Four · Your Transmission

This is the most sacred part of your contribution to Project Magic. You will record a voice note of 60 to 90 seconds — speaking directly to a woman you have never met. She has been drawn to you for a reason. She needs to hear what you know.

12 What do you most want to say to her? What does she need to hear?
Your transmission is a 60 to 90 second voice recording that will play when someone taps your card. Write what you would say here — this is your script outline for approval. Speak directly to the woman who has drawn your card. She does not know you yet but she found you for a reason. What does she need to hear today? Once Joanna has edited and approved your script you will be sent a link to record your audio transmission.

Section Five · This Is Our Story

13 How did you find your way into Joanna's world? What shifted for you when you did? *
This is our story — and it will be featured on your card. The woman who draws your card will read this and understand the connection between you and Joanna's world. Write it as honestly and as beautifully as you can. Two to five sentences is perfect.

14 What does it mean to you to be a BeMagic woman? *
BeMagic is at the heart of Joanna's world. In your own words, what does being a BeMagic woman mean to you?

This helps people find their way into your world — include it if you have one

Section Seven · Your Photo

19 Please upload a high resolution photo of yourself *
This photo forms the basis of your AI generated portrait which will then be finished by a graphic artist. For the best results please use a photo where you are looking directly into the camera with your face very clear and well lit. A full body or three quarter length photo works beautifully — the more of you we can see the better. Natural light is ideal. The clearer and higher resolution the photo the more stunning your card will be. You will receive your finished artwork for approval before anything is published.
