Here's my top tip: register the same name on all the social media channels regardless if you will use them because once your name is gone it's gone! So get in there now and nab your name because one day when your a much bigger biz you'll be glad you did!

There are some great online shop options, that make it easy to set up your online store or turn your art and designs into a business.

Here's my top tip: If you have run a business before or already have clients then invest in a system, as growing an email list can be your number one asset in your business. 

Mailchimp is great if you need solution for a lean start up and don't want to spend a lot -it will get you up and running.

A course platform will allow you to host your courses. Thrive themes for wordpress is multiple tasking tool, it will allow you to build online courses with a plugin as well as your website & landing pages

A Shopping cart allows you to take payments & create subcription payments- a cart like Thrive Cart allows you to do one click upsells too.      

Thrive themes is some of the best money I have spent on my business -Wordpress is made so much easier with this bit of kit + this will also do your landing pages which are great for growing your email list

Hosting is like renting space on the internet where you will host your site, Wix and Squarespace include hosting they will even register your domain. If using Thrive you will need self hosting. We use 1 &1, these guys will also register a domain for you.

These payment gateways will allow you to process payments easily and offer buyer protection and security.

Graphic design has come a long way in just a few short years - I could not imagine life without Canva or Picmonkey now, companies like these have made it easy to do your own design
